Great little welderReview by Doug
Great welder for semi-professionals (Posted on 3/08/18)
Perfect for serious home welder/ small businessReview by George
Firstly this unit is light! It's easy to cart around on site if needed. Inverter welding so far superior. Smooth, consistent welding. Long runs at high amp aren't an issue.
- Very Portable
- Easy to set up
- Excellent welds
- Excellent value for money
- Burn back is fiddley to get right
- Could come with longer torch as standard (Posted on 8/09/17)
A Quality UnitReview by Nick
Solid build and great performance. MIG welding is straightforward to set up and produces good results. I was particularly impressed with the MMA function which gives an easy strike and a very stable arc. Nothing to fault here. (Posted on 23/07/17)
Excellent for this beginnerReview by Goliath
Upgraded my cheap stick to this - for jobs around the house and for mates.

First timer using mig and had my concerns, but with this machine I had settings dialed in and was producing very nice welds within 20 mins.
So easy to set up and use. Doesn't feel like it drains the power, just smooth and easy.
Bought some gas and a trolley and now looking for things to weld. I look like a pro!
(Hint: don't try and skimp on the gas flow...LOL...had the dials correct from the start as per the chart in the case, but was trying to save on gas)

100% satisfied with machine and great customer service too! (Posted on 24/02/17)
Very HappyReview by Clinton
I purchased this machine back in early February along with a spool gun. It's been great. I've used it to do car body work and general steel stuff and can't fault it's performance. I've done a little bit of aluminium using the UniMig spool gun and its products some of the best aluminium welds I've ever done. Very lightweight and practical. Very clean and easy to use.
The only thing I can fault this machine on is the fact I'd love to be able to run 15kg spools of wire but you can't really expect that from such a small unit.

Good Practical MachineReview by Anthony Telfer
No complaints from me with his machine at this price. Just a good solid little workhorse. Very practical and lightweight. Very portable. I run off a 7.5Kva Generator no issues. Duty Cycle is good. Lays nice clean MIG welds in gas. Set-up and parameters are pretty straight forward.
Just a good solid machine here for what you're paying. Doubt there'd be anything better on the market in the same price range. (Posted on 19/02/15)
RipperReview by Mig-man
This thing has solved a lot of problems for me. I'm a general handyman and landscaper and make it around with me to sites. Runs well on a geny if I need it. I've done a lot of welding in MIG and Stick with it. It's a very versatile and portable machine which does the job in most general welding situations. I haven't even need to pull the manual out. The gun that comes with it is quality as well. (Posted on 25/01/15)
Good productReview by Craig
Bought this machine because I wanted a light inverter MIG. I've always used bigger step-controlled MIGs. Won't be going back. This thing smashes them. Still has enough grunt. I like the inverter power, it's smoother. The stepless amp control is way better and i can carry this thing around. (Posted on 23/01/15)
