Payments and Security

We've tried to make paying for a product as simple as we can for you. Simply browse out product range and select the items you'd like to buy by adding them to your shopping cart. When you're ready, to 'Checkout" you'll be transfered to our Secure SSL Encrypted One-Step Checkout Page. Here you can by Visa, Mastercard, EFT Transfer or Paypal. You can also pay by phone or ring us if you have any questions, on 1300 554 685. 

When purchasing from Ewelders your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. This Encryption is the industry leading technology and it is estimated that it would take one trillion years to crack. You can therefore shop with absolute confidence that your credit card details are secure. You also have the option of paying directly through Paypal.

Currency

eWelders only sells and trades in Australia. All of our prices are listed in Australian Dollars and all transactions are processed in Australian dollars. Transactions paid for in another currency can not be accepted. 

Returns Policy

Occasionally Items may need to be returned and we are understanding of this. The following information will help you should you need to return a product. To activate a return, please call us on 1300 554 685 or email us at [email protected] Resquests not made within 10 days of the receipt of the product may be rejected at eWelders' discretion. Requests made beyond 30 days can not be accepted.

Unopened Products

We will accept returns on unopened products within 10 days of the delivery date. The buyer should first contact us to obtain a Return Austhorisation Code (RAC). Once this is done, the buyer can return the goods in orginal condition at his/her expense using whatever freight method is most convenient to 34 Windermere Ave Clapham SA 5062. A re-stocking fee the equivenlent of 15 % of the retail price of the item/s will be charged.

Opened Products

Opened products that have not been used can be returned within 10 days of the delivery date. The buyer should first contact us to obtain a Return Austhorisation Code (RAC). Once this is done, the buyer can return the goods in orginal condition at his/her expense using whatever freight method is most convenient to 34 Windermere Ave Clapham SA 5062. A re-stocking fee the equivenlent of 30% of the retail price of the item/s will be charged. 

Used Products

Used products can not be returned to eWelders.com.au. However, all of our welders and machinery is covered by manufactuerers warranty and you may be eleigble for a warranty claim if there is an inherent fault or defect in the product.  Click here to view our warranty conditions

Cancelled Orders

Order can be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has been shipped it can not be cancelled. THe item will then fall under our returns policy (see above).

Products Damaged in Freight

Please inspect your product prior to signing for them when they are delivered by courier. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting goods and later discover damge you will be responsible for  filing a Freight claim and for arranging a return or repair of the damaged goods. Concealed damage must be reported immediately.

If the carton is damaged but there is no obvious damage to the product please notate "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. If you later discover the product was damaged this will make it er for us to lodge a freight claim. 

Obvious Damage in Freight

Do not sign for product that are clearly damaged. Write "Refuse Delivery on the delivery receipt and ask the driver to take the product back to his depot. We will then arrange delivery of a new product for you.

Warranty
